[mdt-ocl.dev] Galileo MDT-OCL release

Hope you're enjoying your new freedoms...

It looks increasingly unlikely that a/the new MDT-OCL team will be in place
before Galileo, so please can you do the minimum tagging or whatever necessary
to just get the RC's ticking over; we missed M7.

I've just submitted https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=276267 
with fixes for 450-odd warnings that have crept in since M5. It would be tidy if
that could be incorporated. Otherwise I guess we're happy with what we
have and should hold back all changes till post-Galileo.

There are 6 dead code warnings that look like inadequate enthusiasm for
writing every single possible validation. Is this the case or has some
missing @generated NOT accident occurred?
