A project lead election for Matthias Koller on project Eclipse MDM|BL
(technology.mdmbl) was started by Angelika Wittek with this criteria:

Matthias is an active committer for many years and knows the project better
than anyone.
He is active in the feature development, is doing high qualtiy code reviews,
is caring about the documentation and
is active in creating and fixing bugs.
He understands the Eclipse Dev Process deeply and it is a pleasure working
with him.

For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the
team, it is my pleasure to nominate Matthias as a project lead on Eclipse
MDM|BL.
