Hi,

today we start with Milestone 5 (M5). This is the preparation for the 
release review.

First thing we will do is to switch the license from EPL-1.0 to EPL-2.0. 
Switching license means we are replacing the legal documentation in our 
repositories. Among other things every license header will be modified, 
that affects nearly every file in the repositories. We are working on 
the dev branches.
