Hi all,

here the minutes of todays developers meeting:

* organizational
	** checkout MDMWeb before Eclipse is archiving this project on 06-21-2017
	**  communicate vacation plans for summer 2017 to Angelika
	** planned TODOs
		*** Matthias
	 		**** format source code and switch workspace to UTF-8
			**** create dev branches
		***  Alex
			**** update repository descriptions
	** In google docs spreadsheet for JIRA tickets there's a new column: "interested"
		*** interested person should put in his/her name and Angelika creates a corresponding Bugzilla ticket --> all communication is done in bugzilla from then on
		*** Should help to organize work among developers
	** phone conference on 06-22-2017 will happen on uberconference.com to try out an alternative if Skype is not working properly in the future (especially for the workshop on 06-26-2017)

* technical
	** speed up deployment (discussed in depth in workshop on 06-26-2017)
		*** 2 development servers
			**** Glassfish server for backend development
			**** development server for client development
		*** only build and deploy java class files
		*** comment out npmInstall task during development
	** reworking "known setup bugs and problems" section in setup guide and include solutions to known problems
