FHIR SearchParameters (search-parameters.xml in the FHIR spec) are not
imported into the FHIR UML Model.  Is this something that would be of value
as a contribution to the MDHT project?  I have a need to use
SearchParameters as defined by the FHIR spec in UML and will be taking this
on in the near future.
