[mdht-dev] Modeling of Laboratory Templates

Hi MDHT team,

I would like to model a few (not all of them) laboratory
templates for the eHealthConnector Open Source project and contribute
them to the MDHT as well. One example is the Laboratory Speciality
Section (1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.3.3.2.1).

I wonder, if I should create a new project
(org.openhealthtools.mdht.uml.cda.ihe.lab.LaboratorySpecialitySection)
or add the Template to the existing IHE model instead
(org.openhealthtools.mdht.uml.cda.ihe.LaboratorySpecialitySection).

What is your suggestion?
