We have (currently empty) space on our home page for developer resources, and there should be a wiki.  The source code migration into Eclipse git repository is not yet complete, but will become a top priority for me next week to move this along.

I have been working on new MDHT tooling to import FHIR specifications into UML, and generate FHIR StructureDefinitions from UML.  We can now import all resources and profiles from September 2015 DSTU 2.  This code will be part of the new contribution to Eclipse.
