Re: [mat-dev] New YouTube video on MAT

Krum and Andrew can speak to the option of more frequent releases.

Another idea that you can consider proposing (I'm not sure what Krum and Andrew will think of this) is to add your update site to the list of built-in update sites, so that at least your plugin is a bit easier for end users to discover and install. The IBM DTFJ plugin uses this approach (search the code for http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/websphere/runtimes/tools/dtfj/).

A third idea is that we can create a MAT wiki page that lists community plugins such as yours. That is of course the simplest option and independent of the above, so if you like that, I can create that page and add your plugin.

Unfortunately MAT is not released often, so keeping plugin outside of MAT simplifies updates for me.
Is there an option to keep the plugin "in core" and have more frequent releases?
