Hello,

We recently started getting emails with this character set: UTF-ISO-8859-1

MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-ID: <payload-**************************@sap.com>
Content-Disposition: attachment
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-ISO-8859-1"; name="*******.csv"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

Is this legit?  Has anyone seen it?

It opens in Outlook, but javamail throws this exception: java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: UTF-ISO-8859-1
