Hi Ed,
that's pretty simple to do:

Applying this change for the top level project like TMF or M2T or MDT activates the new theme for the sub projects.

@All Project leads:
Could you please verify the incubation state for listed projects? [1]
I already removed the incubation bit for Xpand, but I'm not sure about other projects.
Are some of M2T projects still uses CVS?

I doubt that TMF has the same list-of-sub-projects top-level, but adopting the new theme must be good.

Can you carefully itemize exactly what you do since the same edits should apply to MDT and MMT (and EMF).
