Re: [m2m-iwg] M2M projects or sessions at November DemoCamps?
|
Benjamin,
Thanks a lot for your follow-up on the DemoCamps. While I modified them slightly after the Embedded JSR approvals, the slides will largely be based on my JavaOne/JMaghreb presentations:
http://www.slideshare.net/keilw/standards-for-the-future-of-java-embedded
In those which are generally Java-related the IWG and overall Eclipse M2M architecture are only mentioned in 2 slides, and of course other Eclipse projects like UOMo and the UCUM standards are also present.
DemoCamps are normally 30 minutes or less, so those ~60min. slide decks will be drastically cut (except in Copenhagen, where as host I'll see how many other relevant proposals we have, and might talk a little longer if we have fewer topics;-) I plan to talk about Paho and MQTT more than e.g. about individual languages, since the talk will remain about "Standards" and Open Formats after all, not primarily which language you use ;-)
Any actual references especially on that Copenhagen Airport solution are more than welcome. Cinterion has sent me some information on how they use Eclipse for their M2M development, I guess I will also add that, at least in a slide or two. And would be happy if you have something to share either about Paho/MQTT or that CPH use case.
Thanks and Regards,
Werner
