FYI, Eclipse IP team revised their decision and we were allowed to
restore downloads of historical m2e versions.
Of course, m2e 1.4 is the recommended versions to install (or 1.5 if you
want to help with testing).

to a request from Eclipse Legal team. I expect these m2e versions to
disappear from corresponding simultaneous release repositories and
eclipse "for java developers" eclipse distributions, but I'll let
eclipse webmaster announce these changes when/if he implements them.

information about this.
