[m2e-users] Side effect of resource exclusion

The m2e phenomenon of excluding the contents of the resource folders
(Exclude **) has the effect of gumming up the presentation in the
package explorer. Things that are excluded aren't displayed as
packages, but rather just as folders. This is clumsy.
