Hi All,

I started for providing a fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=561554. I have added my findings in the latest commit.

Do we have tests for m2e.jdt which i can run to see if i'm breaking anything?. I see that there are tests plugin for code but not jdt.

Please help me out to keep my momentum going since i'm kind of in the grove of fixing eclipse bugs :)
