A committer election for Alexander Kurtakov on project Eclipse Maven
Integration (technology.m2e) was started by Mickael Istria with this
criteria:

Alex has 39 commits merged in m2e (see list below). He is very active and
helpful at making m2e code cleaner, using more modern and performant language
constructs, newer dependencies, newer build tools, resulting in maintenance,
build and usage of m2e being always efficient.
Alex has been the most active contributor in m2e for the last months.
So Alex should obviously be made a committer on m2e so he can be more
productive at making the project more productive ;)
