The Takari infra (Jenkins/Nexus) that we used to publish m2e connectors (and other dependencies) to the Maven central server is no longer available. I'm trying to get a hold on Jason to see how we can improve the situation.
In the meantime, I've manually pushed the latest m2eclipse-mavenarchiver build to https://download.eclipse.org/m2e-wtp/releases/signed/mavenarchiver/0.17.3/
