[lyo-dev] Fwd: [eclipse/lyo] Bump gson from 2.8.1 to 2.8.9 in /validation (PR #276)
Hi, 

There is a high-severity vulnerability in the Google Gson library that just got patched. It's only used in Lyo Validation, while the rest of the SDK uses Jackson. Because validation was excluded from 5.0.0 due to other problems, we will not be making a 5.0.1 release only to update the dependency as Lyo 5.0.0 users are not vulnerable.
