I'm trying to run the sample RQM automation adapter code (org.eclipse.lyo.client.oslc.samples.automation.RQMAutomationSample).  That sample is unable to register itself with RQM (5.0.2 iFix03).  A 500 code is returned and there's an exception in the rqm server log:

com.ibm.team.repository.common.TeamRepositoryException: Adapter type org.eclipse.lyo.clients.oslc.sample not supported
        at com.ibm.rqm.execution.service.internal.rest.ToolAdapterRegistrationRestService.postRegister(ToolAdapterRegistrationRestService.java:168)
