[lyo-dev] Current progress and plans with getting Lyo up and running

Just wanted to give a quick update on progress and plans with getting http://eclipse.org/lyo project setup.

Current Status:
- infrastructure is completed
- rio refactoring complete and holding on oslc-tools

Next Steps:
- setup project page with contents
- refactor test suite
- contribute rio and test suite to lyo
- build lyo plan on eclipse.org wiki (using plans contents from sf.net).
