Many good things have happened in LSP4E since last release: https://github.com/eclipse/lsp4e/compare/0.20.1...master . I think there is enough substance for a release, and the progress made by this new release is for example very visible if you use it in combination with the Maven POM editor.

That release would probably be a 0.20.2 as there is nothing really new in it, mostly improvements to existing features.

What do you think?
