[lsp4e-dev] To start working on Eclipse lsp4e Bugs

Out of the bugs posted on lsp4e of bugs.eclipse.org, I found these bugs interesting to work on. Need suggestion on which can be good one for me. I am writing it in the order of interest.

1. Support for choice snippet (link)

             - I am a bit familiar with using snippets on VS code. 

2. [Dark theme] LSP text occurence background color not adapted (link)

3. 'No suggestions available' always visible in quick fix (link)

4. Improve hover optics (link)

Reason -  I am not much familiar with LSP that is why i wasn't able to understand some of the bugs. So, it was easier to pick. I have selected these as they looks interesting , they have good documentation and i have prior knowledge and experience on designing and CSS. 

Any reference to understand LSP or bugs better if provided, will be very helpful to me to analyze other issues.
