Can you suggest which features are not linux-specific? Is there a list of all the features and OS dependencies?

You are correct, some of our tools are Linux-only.

The only thing I can think of is to only include the IUs that aren't
OS-specific. I've asked on the bug referenced above if there's a way to
have OS-specific feature inclusion.
