would be great to get a first milestone release soon. The list of
the additions seems complete as far as I remember.
Also I read through the Bugzilla thread too and would interprete
Wayne's the answer as you did. Sounds great not to have a lot of
bureaucracy for the next releases.

1.1.0 release plan. At least this is my understanding from this comment

push out the release at any time.
