A project lead election for Boubekeur Zendagui on project Eclipse Kitalpha™
(polarsys.kitalpha) was started by Benoit Langlois with this criteria:

Boubekeur Zendagui is one of the developers at the origin of Eclipse
Kitalpha™. He has contributed all along the life of the project [1] and
followed most of the contributions.
Because I retire from the role of project lead of Eclipse Kitalpha™, it is
my pleasure to nominate him as the project lead on.
