[kapua-dev] Dropping tomcat images

Hi,

I would like to drop the Tomcat images in favor of our Jetty images.

The tomcat versions seem outdated to me anyway, we are missing CQs and would need to provide a proper configuration for the Tomcat installations, which we currently don't do.

So let's drop Tomcat and go for Jetty.

What do you think?
