Hi,

If you are a Jakarta Transactions committer, please can I ask you to consider to review the following pull request:
https://github.com/jakartaee/transactions/pull/264

The build is failing but the state of the API is a bit influx at the moment after adding the readonly API but the TCK work is still needed and we need an implementation to be able to pass the tests. So it's more to get agreement on the current steps and that we agree to use the script to help with clarity on how the CI works.
