I am writing to ask if there are objections to the release of version 1.3.1 of our project.

The release should comprise the contents of EE4J_8 branch plus the following PR (once reviewed):

https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jta-api/pull/23

https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jta-api/commits/EE4J_8

Plus any final changes that are required as part of the release process (for example rolling versions forward).
