I've staged the 3.0.2 API release here: https://jakarta.oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/staging/jakarta/servlet/jsp/jstl/jakarta.servlet.jsp.jstl-api/3.0.2/

I'll work on getting this staged for testing this week and should be able to release it soon after.
