[jgit-dev] git 2.5 worktree support

Hello,

i've created new change "https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/67873/"; for
worktree support, see
 "https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=477475";.

I want to add all needed functions soon and need a review - if
somebody is interested, please help :)

P.S.: the changes are aligned and discussed with Marc, see change
"https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/54404/";.
