[jgit-dev] Curious about including the jgit jar in my open source app -

I just discovered JGit and want to include it an an open source app of 
mine.  I'm interested in including the jar file, but the license is 
throwing me...

I see this verbiage:  Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the 
above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following 
disclaimer in the documentation and/or other materials provided with
the distribution.

My question is, since I am using the jar file and it will be distributed 
with my app (and only used by my app), do I need to someplace/somehow list 
the copyright info?
