Greetings,

In order to align the Gerrit-powered egit and jgit repos with the rest
of the repos on git.eclipse.org, the repos have been renamed/changed.

Old:  "egit"   New:  "egit/egit"
Old:  "egit-pde"   New:  "egit/egit-pde"
Old:  "egit-github"   New:  "egit/egit-github"
Old:  "jgit"   New:  "jgit/egit"

I've updated the Gerrit database for these changes... All you'd likely
need to do is update your remote references for those repos.
