Thread-topic: Getting change events from Config

I was looking around some, but couldn’t find a way to get notified about configuration changes (neither on Config, nor on StoredConfig or FileBasedConfig).

It would be great if such eventing could be added so that for example the Repositories View can be refreshed automatically when a configuration change was detected.

Is this in the pipeline? If not, would it make sense to add this kind of eventing?
