I updated the JGit website.
    http://www.eclipse.org/jgit

It's still pretty bare but uses the Nova theme from the Eclipse
Foundation so we have that at least.

If you have any suggestions feel free to file bugs.

I also updated the contributor guide to add how to update the site if
you're a committer.
