Not sure this is a Jetty issue but being that it works with 12.0.x with the same JDK (Corretto 17)...

I'm getting a classpath error on a JNA class starting up 12.1 with the same config and setuid enabled from a 12.0 install:

Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/jna/Structure

Disabling setuid moves it along past that error, so it's definitely a setuid complaint.

I know it doesn't get much love, just don't have any remotely comparable mechanism as simple to get it working as non-root.

I can file a bug if it looks like one, but I have no idea what it might be seeing as it's not finding a class that is of course part of Java that works fine on the older version.
