Re: [jetty-users] Missing remote address in request log?

What version of Jetty are you using?

Looking at my logfiles recently, I noticed some entries do not have
remote addresses. Here are two consecutive lines from yesterday's
request log:

87.120.126.202 - - [02/Nov/2024:16:45:05 +0000] "GET /foo HTTP/1.1" 404 455
  - - [02/Nov/2024:16:44:12 +0000] " "GET /bar HTTP/1.1" 200 161841152

The second of these is a large file, so I presume it started before the
previous one and finished after it, hence the reversed timestamp
ordering -- but why is no remote address shown? It seems to happen
whenever the requested files are over a certain size.
