I submitted an issue to the Eclipse EMO on this.

But no Eclipse Projects use bugs.eclipse.org anymore. (in fact, most use github, some use gitlab.eclipse.org)

Also of note, wiki.eclipse.org is considered dead and is being shutdown by the Eclipse foundation.
