Jetty 9.x is now at End of Community Support.

You should already be updating to Jetty 10 or newer (or at least started the planning to update).

The only requirement you really need to worry about is Java.  That version of Jetty requires a minimum of Java 8.  RHEL 8 has no problem meeting that requirement.  I just looked at an AlmaLinux 8 (RHEL clone) VM I have and it has OpenJDK 1.8.0_352.
