Tip: all mailman mailing lists worldwide have the following email address syntax.
<mailing-list-id>@<host> - this is the normal email list.
<mailing-list-id>-request@<host> - this is the request endpoint for the email list. (use the subject line for commands: "help", "info", "unsubscribe", etc)

Include the subject line "unsubscribe"
There should be no body content.
You will get a confirmation.
