while on the subject of jetty-9 tests... The SPDY tests have a nice
feature of logging which test is running so you can workout what test
a stack trace or error message has come from.

Is this something that could be easily supported globally via the
jetty-test-helper (even if it needed a line or two of mantra per test
harness to activate).
