[jetty-dev] bugzilla issue notification

I ironed out the mechanism to be notified of issues in bugzilla..

I think.

When you login to bugzilla there is an option at the bottom called
Preferences -> (second tab) Email Preferences

At the bottom there is a section where you 'Add users to my watch list
(comma separated list):'

in that box add 'jetty-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx'

and you should be mailed a CC of every issue in jetty right now as it
goes through bugzilla...

at least it is supposed to...
