[jetty-dev] ci setup

I have setup a couple more build plans for jetty, namely one for
jetty7 and one for jetty8 @ our codehaus setup.  I think this ought to
be ok since this stuff is a solid dependency of our existing jetty
project there.

the build failures, if such an unlikely event should _ever_ occur will
be posted to this mailing list.
