[jetty-announce] Jetty 9.4.14 Released - Corrections for Servlet Listene

This is a quick iteration release to address bad regressions reported against the Servlet Listener behavior (we notified listeners multiple times due to a bug that accidentally added the listener multiple times),

Also Java 8 users that use ALPN for HTTP/2 were unable to use the `jetty-home` or the older `jetty-distribution` (jetty-distribution == jetty-home + demo-base + documentation).
