few attempts in the past to cut down on running time of our tests without
much success, 
I have to say
this is truly remarkable. I know Jörg contributed several good performance
improvement patches for JDT, 
but this one will
have the most direct positive impact on all of us contributors. Thanks

nice side effect is that JDT Gerrits finish now in ~20 minutes instead
of ~40.
