|[jdt-dev] Providing quick fix to resolve usage of default encoding|
This is to check interest in the community to have a cleanup to resolve usage of default encoding.
Usually it can cause issues when relying on methods or parameters from Java 1.0 and 1.1 that have not been designed to take into account different encodings.
