[jdt-dev] Build failure due to missing JDT feature update

Friends of the Java development tools,

the I-build is currently failing as the jdt feature still requires an
old version of the jdt.annotation plug-ins.

Please merge https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/124447/ so that the I-Build
can run again.

Looking forward to my fast track nomination to handle this faster.
