[jaxb-impl-dev] Retiring non-active committers

Hello,

  Given there is almost no activity from most committers on this project, I’m going to retire everyone but Laurent and myself on Tue March 24, 2026.

Let me know should anyone from affected people want to keep their committer status either by a reply here, or directly to me.
