[jakartaee-tck-dev] Thoughts on the structure of the Platform TCK POMs a

Currently we have some POMs that do not inherit from a common (parent) TCK pom.  I think that the current TCKs folder structure is a very nice logical structure but I'm wondering a few things:

1.  Can the contained SPEC-outside-container POMs benefit from having a common parent-outside-container to share some versions?  If yes, perhaps we could consider adding a common parent project for them.

2.  Are there any other version properties that are not being shared via a common parent pom that should be? 

3.  Are there any structural (parent or not parent) POM changes that we should consider making for the EE 11 Platform TCK release that could make the release process easier?  It would be nice to have EE 11 service releases be as easy as possible.
