[jakartaee-tck-dev] Clarification of whether Jakarta EE implementations can add Jakarta deployment descriptors to Platform TCK test archives during TCK testing...

Hi,

In https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/blob/master/user_guides/jakartaee/src/main/jbake/content/building.adoc, I am reading:
```
Implementers can only run the version of the tests provided with the CTS
for certification, except in the case of rebuildable tests.
```

Does ^ mean that Jakarta EE implementation cannot add a Jakarta deployment descriptor (e.g. like a beans.xml) to a Jakarta EE Platform TCK test archive?  Your input will help with the discussion on [1].
