Hi,

I could indeed create the notecard, but
as soon as I choose the  jakarta-release repo I got the error. For
consistency maybe best to have all the associated issues there, so if you
could move and/or recreate them, that would be great.

Everybody should be able to create a
notecard in that column of the project board.  I have been converting
the notecards to issues in the jakarta-release repo for tracking purposes. 
I see that you ended up creating issues in your own respective project. 
If you are willing to maintain those (if I need updates), then that's fine
with me.  Otherwise, I can create the tracking Issues in the jakarta-release
repo.  Just let me know your preference.

Yes, Antoine and I have been trying to
put out a 3.0.0-M1 milestone, but we are running into some permission issue.
I'm guessing this is related to the recent infrastructure crash, so I have
created the following bug for it:

Once that is resolved we will get the
CDI 3.0.0-M1 api release out.
