[jakartaee-platform-dev] Platform call an hour earlier for some geograph

This weekend the US and Canada switch to daylight savings time (DST) while other geographies switch at a later date.  I know the Europe in general will switch on March 29.  While we have this DST difference for the next 3 weeks, those who are in the other geographies will see the meeting starting an hour earlier than usual for the platform call since the calls are standardized on US / Canadian Eastern Time zone.  As such, please plan to join the call an hour earlier on March 10, 17, and 24.
